Alan Breithaupt is a former President of the Fourth Judicial District Bar Association and has practiced in Monroe since 1993. From an early age, he was involved in all aspects of a family business and this experience led him to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from ULM (formerly Northeast Louisiana University). After graduating from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 1993, he returned to Monroe to practice law and to operate a business. His practice includes concentrations in Personal Injury, Products Liability, Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation and Family Law, among others.
